DMail is built from the ground up with user privacy and security in mind. It operates on blockchain technology and uses end-to-end encryption for all emails, meaning that only you and your intended recipient can read the messages – no centralized servers or third parties have access. Each DMail user has a unique, blockchain-linked address (rather than a traditional email address), and DMail integrates with the user’s Web3 wallet for identity and authentication. This ensures that communication is tied to cryptographic identity verification. Because DMail runs on a decentralized network, it is resistant to censorship or single points of failure, and every message is secured by the underlying NCOG Earth Chain. In summary, DMail prioritizes privacy by combining blockchain’s tamper-proof record with strong encryption, providing a level of security and data ownership not possible with conventional email services.

DSuite encompasses a range of decentralized applications (dApps) that cover communication, collaboration, and personal information management. The key components of DSuite include:

  • DMail (Decentralized Email): A secure, blockchain-based email service that uses end-to-end encryption and integrates with users’ Web3 wallets for identity. DMail ensures that only senders and intended recipients can access messages, providing private and tamper-proof email communication.
  • DForms (Decentralized Forms): A digital form-building tool for creating and managing forms in a decentralized way. DForms helps users collect data securely without relying on centralized form services (it is quantum-safe and keeps form data protected on the Earth Chain).
  • DCalendar: An integrated calendar feature within DMail that allows users to schedule and manage events. DCalendar operates alongside DMail so that events and invitations can be handled through the secure email system.
  • DChat: A messaging system built into DMail that provides decentralized, end-to-end encrypted chat capabilities. DChat enables secure instant messaging among users, leveraging the same privacy principles as DMail.
  • DContacts: A contact management feature within the DChat/DMail ecosystem, allowing users to store and organize contact information securely. DContacts ensures that your address book is kept private and is only accessible by you and your authorized applications.

Together, these applications make DSuite a comprehensive Web3 productivity suite – users can email, chat, schedule, and collect data all within a secure, decentralized environment tied to their NCOG Earth Chain identity.

DSuite is the official suite of decentralized applications and productivity tools built on the NCOG Earth Chain. It is designed to showcase the full capabilities of the NCOG ecosystem by providing secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for various digital needs – including data management, communication, digital identity, and asset transactions. DSuite leverages NCOG Earth Chain’s advanced features (such as fast consensus, post-quantum security, and the dual-wallet system) to empower next-generation Web3 experiences for its users. Whether you are a developer, an enterprise, or an everyday user, DSuite offers seamless integration with NCOG’s blockchain infrastructure, demonstrating how common applications (email, chat, forms, etc.) can be enhanced with decentralization and strong privacy.

NCOG Earth Chain’s architecture includes several features to maximize throughput and scalability without sacrificing security:

  • Parallel Transaction Pools: The network uses a multi-pool mempool architecture, maintaining separate transaction queues for different types of operations (e.g., token transfers vs. database transactions). Specialized groups of validators handle each pool in parallel, preventing heavy data operations from clogging the network. This means many transactions can be processed concurrently, significantly boosting overall throughput.
  • High-Performance DAG Consensus: As mentioned, the Forest Protocol DAG consensus allows multiple blocks to be created at once by different validators. This asynchronous block production leads to very high transaction throughput compared to linear blockchains, and the use of Clotho/Atropos events ensures quick final confirmation of transactions.
  • Efficient Design for Web3 Apps: The Earth Chain is optimized for fast transactions with minimal fees, which is crucial for Web3 user experience. By design, transactions are processed quickly and at low cost, enabling responsive dApps even under heavy load.

Together, these innovations allow NCOG Earth Chain to handle a large volume of transactions and complex operations simultaneously, making it highly scalable and efficient for a wide range of use cases, from enterprise data applications to consumer blockchain apps.

Security is a paramount feature of NCOG Earth Chain, which is why it employs post-quantum cryptography (PQC) by default for all critical operations. Specifically, the chain uses the ML-DSA87 algorithm (a lattice-based digital signature scheme) for signing transactions and blocks, and ML-KEM 1024 (a lattice-based key encapsulation mechanism, similar to CRYSTALS-Kyber) for encrypting network communications. These cryptographic algorithms are designed to be resistant to attacks even by quantum computers, unlike traditional cryptosystems (e.g. ECDSA) which could be broken by future quantum computing power. By integrating PQC, NCOG Earth Chain ensures that all data and transactions on the blockchain remain secure both now and in a future where quantum attacks are a real threat. This forward-looking approach provides peace of mind to users and enterprises, making Earth Chain one of the most secure blockchain platforms against next-generation threats.

The Dual-Consensus Database (DDB) is an integrated decentralized SQL database (based on PostgreSQL) that operates within the NCOG Earth Chain network. It introduces a two-phase consensus process for on-chain data transactions: first, a local Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) consensus among a subset of database validator nodes to endorse an SQL transaction; second, the global blockchain consensus to finalize that transaction on the ledger. This architecture marries the performance and familiarity of a SQL database with the trust and transparency of blockchain. The DDB allows the Earth Chain to handle high-volume data operations on-chain – supporting complex, data-driven decentralized applications – while maintaining consistency and security through blockchain validation. In summary, the DDB gives NCOG Earth Chain a powerful built-in data layer, enabling efficient on-chain data storage and queries alongside traditional asset transactions.

NCOG Earth Chain utilizes the Forest Protocol, a leaderless, asynchronous Proof-of-Stake consensus that structures transactions in a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) rather than a single chain. This DAG-based approach allows many validators to create blocks in parallel, greatly increasing throughput compared to traditional sequential blockchains. The protocol uses special milestone events (called Clotho and Atropos) to establish a final global ordering of transactions without relying on miners, achieving fast finality and high scalability. In essence, the Forest Protocol enables NCOG Earth Chain to process a large volume of transactions concurrently, making the network highly scalable and efficient.

The NCOG Earth Chain is a next-generation Layer-1 blockchain platform engineered for massive scalability, quantum-resistant security, and seamless data integration. It serves as the cornerstone of NCOG Ltd.’s technological innovations, addressing long-standing challenges in digital systems such as security, privacy, and sustainability. By combining a high-performance DAG-based consensus mechanism, an integrated decentralized SQL database, and advanced post-quantum cryptography, the Earth Chain empowers developers and users to build and interact with data-rich decentralized applications on a secure and sustainable network. In short, NCOG Earth Chain sets a new standard in blockchain technology for the Web3 era – providing fast, secure, and eco-friendly digital interactions.

The NCOG Wallet can operate in two distinct modes, Asset Wallet and Data Wallet, each serving a different purpose:

  • Asset Wallet: This mode is used for cryptocurrency and token management. It handles your crypto coins and tokens, allowing you to send and receive funds, view balances, and manage your financial transactions on the NCOG Earth Chain (or other supported blockchains). Essentially, the Asset Wallet is for everything involving monetary value (like NCOG’s native $NEC token or other assets).
  • Data Wallet: This mode is focused on storing and managing digital data, credentials, and records on the blockchain. The Data Wallet secures things like personal data, documents, decentralized IDs, or any non-monetary information tied to your identity. It uses strong encryption (protected by the wallet’s post-quantum keys) to ensure that your private data is only shared with dApps when you explicitly permit it (enabling self-sovereign data ownership).

You can switch between Asset Wallet and Data Wallet modes within the wallet’s settings as needed. This dual-wallet system is a unique feature of NCOG’s ecosystem, allowing users to confidently manage not just their funds but also sensitive personal data through one interface, with each mode providing specialized security and functionality for its intended purpose.

Receiving tokens to your NCOG Wallet involves providing your address to the sender. Here are the steps:

  1. Open and unlock the NCOG Wallet extension in your browser (enter your password if required, to access your account).
  2. On your wallet dashboard, click the “Receive” button. This will display your NCOG wallet address and a corresponding QR code on the screen.
  3. Share your wallet address with the person who wants to send you tokens. You can copy the address string and send it to them, or have them scan the QR code (which encodes your address) for convenience. Make sure you trust the party sending tokens before sharing your address.

Once the sender transfers the tokens to your address on the blockchain, you will see the tokens appear in your wallet balance. The incoming transaction may take a short time to be confirmed by the network, but after confirmation, your NCOG Wallet will reflect the new tokens in your account. You can check the transaction history in the wallet for details of the received payment.

Sending tokens from your NCOG Wallet is simple and secure. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the NCOG Wallet extension and unlock it by entering your password (if it’s not already unlocked). This will open your wallet dashboard showing your balances.
  2. Click the “Send” button on the wallet dashboard (usually located near your account balance). This will bring up the Send Token form.
  3. In the Send form, enter the recipient’s wallet address in the designated field. Double-check that the address is correct (sending to the wrong address could result in permanent loss of funds).
  4. Select the token you want to send from the drop-down (for example, $NEC or another token supported by your wallet) and enter the amount you wish to send.
  5. Review the details and then click “Send” to confirm the transaction. You may be prompted to confirm one more time; once you do, the transaction will be submitted to the network.
  6. After sending, you can check the transaction history or activity log in your wallet to see the status and confirmation of the transfer. The tokens should arrive in the recipient’s wallet shortly, depending on network processing time.

To create (register) a new wallet using the NCOG Wallet extension, follow these general steps:

  1. Click on the NCOG Wallet extension icon in your browser’s toolbar (top-right corner). This will open the wallet interface.
  2. Select “Create a new wallet”. You will first need to agree to the terms (click the “Agree” tab when it appears).
  3. Set a strong password for your new wallet when prompted, and confirm it, then click Continue. This password will be used to secure local access to your wallet.
  4. Back up your Secret Recovery Phrase: The wallet will generate a secret recovery phrase (also known as a seed phrase or secret key). It will initially be hidden for your security. When ready, toggle the option to reveal your secret phrase. Write down this 12-word phrase and keep it in a safe place (and/or use the provided option to download the key file) – this is the only way to restore your wallet if you lose access.
  5. After confirming you have saved the recovery phrase, proceed to the next step. You may be asked to verify a couple of the words or upload the key file to confirm you backed it up correctly.
  6. Choose your wallet type: Finally, the wallet will ask you to select which type of wallet to open – Asset Wallet or Data Wallet. Choose one (you can switch modes later), and then your new account will be opened and ready to use.

Once completed, you’ll have a new NCOG Wallet account. Remember that your password secures the wallet on your device, but the recovery phrase is crucial for restoring your wallet if needed – never share it with anyone.

Installing the NCOG Wallet (often referred to as DWallet) as a browser extension is straightforward:

  1. Open a supported browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Visit the NCOG Wallet web portal at ncog.earth. On the top right corner of the page, click on the “Install Extension” button.
  3. Add the extension to your browser when prompted. For example, in Chrome a dialog will appear – click “Add to Chrome” and confirm by clicking “Add extension”.
  4. Once installed, pin the extension (optional but recommended) so it’s easily accessible – in Chrome, you can click the puzzle piece icon and pin the NCOG Wallet extension to the toolbar.

After these steps, the NCOG Wallet icon should appear in your browser’s toolbar, indicating the extension is successfully installed and ready to use.
