Account Settings in DSuite: Personal Information

The Personal Information section in DSuite allows the admin to view and manage important organization-related profile details. These settings ensure that your identity, language, and time zone preferences are correctly configured across the DSuite platform.

Step 1: – Login into Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Account” tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Step 3: – The window will be pop up as show below.

Customer Id: – A unique identifier assigned to your organization by DSuite. Auto-generated and used for backend (It’s not Editable)

Name of the Organization: – Name of the registered organization associated with your DSuite account (It’s not Editable)

Language: – Displays the default language for your account (It’s not Editable)

Name: – Displays the primary admin’s account name. You can update your display name here

Step 1: – Click the Pencil icon beside the name as shown in the below image

Step 2: – Enter the updated details.
For example: – I have changed the name from “Test admin” to “Lumina”
Click on Save settings on the top right corner once you have made the changes.

Primary Admin: – Shows the designated primary administrator email for account management and ownership privileges.

Step 1: – Click the Pencil icon beside the primary admin Mail id as shown in the below image

Step 2: – Enter the Mail id.
For example: – I have changed the Primary mail Id from “[email protected]” to “[email protected]” .
Click on Save settings on the top right corner once you have made the changes.

Time zone:- Select the correct time zone for scheduled tasks, events & communication timestamps.

Step 1: – Click the Pencil icon beside the time zone as shown in the below image

Step 2: – Either you can select the time zone, or you manually enter.
Click on Save settings on the top right corner once you are done with the editing.
