• Board of Directors: Comprising 12 seats, the Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the True Green Deal Consortium. This includes overseeing major initiatives, managing risks, and ensuring that all activities align with the consortium’s mission and vision. The Board plays a crucial role in making high-level decisions that shape the future of the consortium.
• Advisory Board: The 36-seat Advisory Board supports the Board of Directors by providing specialized expertise and guidance. Advisors are drawn from a range of industries and disciplines, including environmental science, finance, education, and technology. Their role is to offer insights and recommendations that help the Board navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
