Step 1: To sign up for DForms, you have to connect your NCOG wallet to the site

Step 2: The window will open up as shown in the screenshot attached below, click on the connect your wallet.

Step 3: Choose an account from which you want to login.

Step 4: The DForms will open up as shown in the below screenshot.
