These settings help improve user experience, automate workflows, and customize branding with your organization’s logo. Step 1: – Login into Dsuite Account. Step 2: – Click on the “Account” tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard. Step 3: – The window will be pop up as show below. Option A: Do not set a default value for users Users can choose to enable or disable smart features individually in their own account. This setting gives users full control. When to use:✔ If you want users to manage their own smart features✔ If your organization prefers flexibility Option B: Set a default value for users Smart features will automatically be turned ON by default for all users. Users may or may not be allowed to change it depending on future admin settings. When to use:✔ If you want consistent experience for all users✔ If your organization depends on automated reminders, smart inbox sorting, or productivity tools Personalization SettingsUnder personalization, you can customize how DSuite appears to your users by setting an organization-wide logo. Option A: Default Logo (DSuite Logo)DSuite’s standard logo will be shown in supported apps.Selected by default. Option B: Custom Logo If you want your organization’s branding to appear instead of the DSuite logo: Select the Custom button. An upload area will appear. Click the upload box to select your custom image. The system will replace the default DSuite logo with your uploaded logo Click on Save settings at the top right corner once the settings have been updated.
