DSuite Domain Management

The Domains section in DSuite allows administrators to add, manage, and verify domains for their organization. A verified domain ensures that users belonging to that domain can access DSuite services under a secure and authorized environment.

Step 1: – Sign into your Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Domains” Tab on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.
You will now see the Domains dashboard.

Name: – Displays the domain connected to the organization (e.g., dsuite.earth). The Primary badge indicates this is the default domain for users.

Status: – Status shows whether the domain is Verified, Pending, Not Verified, or Failed Verification.

Date Added: – Shows the date when the domain was added to the system.

Actions: – Allows editing domain settings via pencil icon.

Add New Domain
Step 1: – To connect an additional Domain to Dsuite , click on add new Domain at the top right corner

Step 2: – Enter your custom domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)
Click on Add Domain.

Step 3: – Complete the DNS verification process, till then it will be appeared as “Not verified”

Step 4 :- DSuite will provide DNS records that you must add to your domain host (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare).
After DNS propagation, refresh the page.
Status will change to Verified upon successful validation
