Manage Organization Settings in DSuite: Sending email to the admin email address

The Organization Settings page in DSuite allows administrators to manage key email-related preferences for the entire organization.This option ensures that important system or internal emails are also sent to the admin email address.
It is useful for monitoring critical communications and ensuring nothing important is missed.

Step 1: – Log into your Dsuite account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Settings” Tab on the left-hand side of Dashboard.

Step 3: – Under Organization Settings, you will see a list of email-related configuration options

Step4: – If you want that admin email receives important emails, Switch “ON” the toggle as shown below.

Step 5: – Select which user or email should receive admin email copies and then click on Save settings at the top right corner.

Step6: – If you want that admin email doesn’t receives any additional emails, Switch “OFF” the toggle as shown below.

Step 7: -Click on “Save settings” on the top right corner to apply Changes
