Manage Organization Settings in DSuite: Sending emails to outside organization

This setting allows you to manage whether users in your organization can send emails to external domains (outside your DSuite organization).
It is useful for organizations that want to restrict outgoing communication for security or compliance reasons.

Step 1: – Log into your Dsuite account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Settings” Tab on the left-hand side of Dashboard.

Step 3: – Under Organization Settings, you will see a list of email-related configuration options

Step 4: – If you want that Users can send emails outside the organization, Switch “ON” the toggle as shown below

Step 5:- Click on “Save settings” at the top right corner to update the settings.

Step 6: – If you want that email sending should be restricted to internal organization only, switch “OFF” the toggle.
