Manage Users in DSuite: Download users

The Download User feature in DSuite allows administrators to easily download a list of all users in their DSuite account. This feature is useful when you need to keep a record, analyze user data, create reports, or share user information with your team.

Step 1: – Log into your Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Directory” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.

Step 3: – Click on the “Users” under the Directory.
The user management window will be open up.

Step 4: Click on the Top “Download user” of the window.

Step 5: – The file will be automatically downloaded which shows the lists of users.
