DMail Settings on Dsuite: Email Forwarding

Email Forwarding allows you to automatically send a copy of your incoming emails from DMail to another email address. This feature is useful when you want to monitor messages from multiple accounts in one place or when you are temporarily using another mailbox.

Step 1: – Open Dsuite Account on your Device.

Step 2: – Click on the “Apps” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard, Click on Dmail as shown below.

Step 3: – The Window will be opened.

Configure Email Forwarding

Step 1: – Click on Configure under Email Forwarding

Step 2: – The window will be opened up, Click on Add “Rule”

Step 3: – Enter the Email address where you want to forward messages.
Click on Save button at the bottom .

Step 4: – Your forwarding settings will take effect immediately.

Disable Email Forwarding

Step 5: – toggle off by going on setting or should i delete the rule remove/ edit
