DSuite DMail Settings on Dsuite: Email Aliases Estimated reading: 2 minutes 10 views Email Aliases allow you to create additional email identities that are linked to your primary mailbox. All emails sent to an alias address will still arrive in your main inbox. This helps you manage different roles or purposes without creating multiple accounts. Step 1: – Login into Dsuite Account. Step 2: – Click on the “Apps” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard, Click on Dmail as shown below. Step 3: – The Window will be opened. Configure Email Aliases Step 1: – Click on “Configure” under the Email Aliases.The window will be open up as shown in the below image Step 2: – Click on “add Aliases email” on the top right corner as shown below Step 3: – Add primary Email, this is your main email address that receives all incoming messages. It can be from any domain and must be unique.Alias Email are additional email addresses that forward all incoming messages to your primary email. For example: –[email protected] This is my main email address[email protected] This is an extra email address connected to primary inbox. Step 4: – Click on save tab on bottom right corner, the Aliases Email will be created. Primary Email → Your original, main email Alias Email → Extra email name that also reaches the same inbox
