Dchat Settings on DSuite: Application Access

DChat Settings allows admins to control who within the organization can access DChat like enabling and disabling Dchat for all users, manually managing member access.

Step 1: – Login into Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Apps” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard, Click on DChat as shown below.
The window will be opened up.

Configure Application Access

Option 1: – If toggle is “ON” it means you have allowed access for everyone in the organization.

Option 2: – Allow Access to specific users, Turn the toggle “OFF”
