Search Users Using the Search Bar in DSuite

The Search User feature in DSuite helps you quickly find specific users from your domain based on name, email, or partial information. This is especially useful when managing large teams with many users

Step 1: – Log into your Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Directory” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.

Step 3: – Click on the “Users” under the Directory.
The user management window will be open up.

Step 4: – At the top of dashboard, you will see a Search bar with a magnifying glass icon
This is the Search User bar.

Step 5: Click Inside the Search Box
Type the name or email of the user.

Step 6: As you type, only users matching your search term will appear in the table.
For example: – I have written “tes” in the search box and the test admin user appeared

Step 7: To clear the search box Press Backspace until the text is removed.
All users will reappear.
