Using Data Filters in User Management on DSuite

The Date Filter in the Users Management section helps you find users based on the date they were added or created in the domain.

Step 1: – Log into your Dsuite Account.

Step 2: – Click on the “Directory” on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.

Step 3: – Click on the “Users” under the Directory.
The user management window will be open up.

Step 4: On top right hand side, you will see a calendar icon and a date field (dd-mm-yyyy)

Step 5:- Click inside the date box or on calendar icon, A calendar will pop up.
Choose the Start date (the beginning of your search period) and the End date (end of your search period)
If you want users from a single day: Select the same date for both start and end.

Step 6: – After selecting dates, the user list will automatically refresh, now only users created within that date range will be shown.
For example, I have selected date range from 4Dec, 2025 to 12 dec,2025 so all the users created between these dates will be shown.

Step 7: – If you want to go back to full user list, click on the Clear option displaying at the end of calendar.
The full list of all users will appear again.
