Manage Dmail Previous Message History

To include previous messages on Dmail account or vice-versa, you can enable (or disable) .Here’s how:

Step 1: Open Dmail account on your device.

Step 2: In the top right corner, click the icon (⚙️️) with your profile picture.

Step 3: Go to the “General” tab as shown below 

Step 4: As you can see in the below screenshot if the Include previous messages tab is “ON” it means that when we will reply an email the previous message will be included in the current message

Step 5: As shown below the include previous Tab is “ON” so while replying to the mail the message is automatically included.

Step6: If the include previous message Tab is on “OFF” so previous message will not be included while replying to a specific message mail as shown below

Step 7: You can also change the setting of Including Previous message with shortcut as shown in the below screenshot.
