Step 1: Log into your account.
The window will appear as shown below.

Step 2: Click on the Settings Tab located at the bottom of the Dashboard.

Step 3: Click on “Contact support” as shown below.

Step 4: Add Email, and subject for the issue you are facing and describe it in detail in message.

Step 5: Click on “Send message” located at the bottom of the Dashboard.
