How to Use Undo and Redo in Dmail: Step-by-Step Guide

The Undo and Redo functions in Dmail allow users to easily correct or restore recent changes while composing an email. These tools help maintain accuracy and efficiency by letting you reverse or reapply your most recent actions.

Step 1: – Open your Dmail Account
Step 2: – Click on Compose Tab as shown.

Step 3: – Make changes while Composing, begin typing your email in the message Body
Perform few actions like typing or deleting text, adding or removing attachments.

Step 4: – Use the “Undo “Function
The Undo Function helps you reverse your most recent action

Step 5: – Use Undo, click on the Undo Icon (a curved arrow pointing to the left)
Click on the undo icon once to reverse your last action.

Step 6:- To undo multiple actions, Click on the Undo icon repeatedly until you reach the desired version of your message

Step 7: – Use the ” Redo Function”, Click on the Redo Function (a curved arrow pointing to right)
Click the Redo Icon once to restore the last action you undid.
If you use Undo function to reverse a change, but then you decide you actually want that change, Redo restores it.
